Virtual Budget Cooking: White Bean Risotto with Garlicky Greens

This virtual Budget Cooking class features a recipe that can feed four people for less than $15 and can be adapted based on what is in your pantry. Terese from East Side Table will lead the cooking demo and Katie from Mississippi Market will discuss the best ways to save money and tips for shopping at the co-op during COVID-19.

For class, you'll just need a computer or phone to connect to Zoom. If you'd like to cook along with Terese, plan to have the recipe, ingredients, and cooking tools handy. The recipe and ingredient list will be emailed out 1 week in advance to allow time for shopping.

Due to COVID-19, this class is being offered for free online. Registered participants will be emailed the recipe along with details to join the class via Zoom the week before the class and again as a reminder 1 hour before class begins. Registered participants who attend the class will be entered into a drawing for a $20 co-op gift card.
